Express Shipping – $25 flat rate
Free express on orders over $150
Mostly plants are sent in their pots - on the rare occasion they may be sent semi rooted/bare-rooted depending on packing. All complete protection done for shipping.

If multiple orders are placed without a request to combine, they’ll be sent separately.
When do we ship?
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within a day or 2 of receiving them, any day of the week. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but getting your orders out is always a top priority.
Generally we are very on top of delivery within the 24 hours of playing the order.
PLEASE NOTE:
Selecting Express Post refers to the shipping method only — it does not fast-track dispatch. All orders are packed in the order they are received and sent out accordingly.
Also, Express Post is no longer guaranteed overnight. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for delivery via Australia Post.
How is the order shipped?
Most plants will be sent in pots.
Some may be bare rooted (size dependent) -- this can happen regularly due to sizing
Larger plants (100mm+) may be partially to fully bare-rooted to fit safely
If we can keep the pot for you — we will!! Some instances bare-root will occur to protect the other plants surrounding.
Roots are always carefully wrapped, kept moist (dependent on plant type) and completely protected for transit.
Where do we ship to?
Shipping available to NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and ACT only.
WA, NT & TAS Orders
Due to state quarantine restrictions, we are unable to ship directly to WA, NT, and TAS.
However, customers are welcome to organise a plant concierge or forwarding service. Simply provide us with your chosen service’s shipping address at checkout, and we’ll send your order there.
Please ensure your chosen service complies with your state’s biosecurity regulations. We are not responsible for any issues once the order is forwarded.
