Payment Policy

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. Once payment has been made, your order is considered final and we do not offer cancellations, refunds, exchanges or store credits for change of mind — even if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.

Once purchased, plants are immediately reserved for your order and removed from sale. Requests to change or cancel an order may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you receive the incorrect plant, or the plant has a major issue and is significantly different from its description or the plant pictured, please contact us promptly with clear photos so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If The Rare Nugget is unable to supply an item you have purchased, you will be offered a suitable replacement, store credit or a refund for that item.
