Aeonium Sunburst Cristata

The Aeonium Sunburst Cristata is one of the most extraordinary succulents in existence — a rare crested (fasciated) form of the already-stunning Aeonium 'Sunburst'. Where the standard Sunburst forms elegant flat rosettes of cream, green, and pink-edged leaves, the Cristata mutation causes the growing tip to fan out into a dramatic, undulating crest — a sculptural, coral-like form that is entirely unique to each plant. No two are ever the same, making every specimen a genuine one-of-a-kind collector's piece.

• Light: Bright indirect to full sun; colour and variegation intensify with more light; avoid harsh afternoon sun in summer
• Water: Allow soil to dry completely between waterings; reduce significantly in summer (dormant season) and water more in cooler months (active growing season)
• Soil: Fast-draining succulent or cactus mix; excellent drainage is essential
• Temperature: Tolerates light frost briefly; best kept above 3°C; prefers mild, Mediterranean-style conditions
• Humidity: Prefers low to moderate humidity; avoid overhead watering
• Pet-friendly: Non-toxic to cats and dogs
